The Institute for Executive Director Leadership is a place for nonprofit executives to learn and grow with an impressive support system of peers, executive coaches, and community and educational leaders. Participants of this 10-month cohort program gain:
• Leadership development through a personal leadership inventory and researched leadership theory and practice.
• Personal coaching with an experienced and reputable executive coach.
• Access to knowledge and solutions through the intellectual capital of fellow executive directors and experienced faculty.
• Sharper strategic management skills in organizational governance, financial planning, and fund development.
• Long-lasting connections with other nonprofit and community leaders.
• Empowerment to lead their organizations competently and confidently into the future.
